hello,
hmmm well, those have appeared again :( My face is ichng and pricking due to this heat..
I will i hav little trouble with digestion now.. it takes time, sumtimes i feel i have nausea.. and i dont like much of non veg now..
These days i hav turned very emotional to my surroundings..
Sleep also have become less now
AND this time i got my menses 5 days earlier... which used to be oncein 40 days this time it is 35

As I have said before, you have to let the medicine do its work.
You say yourself that it is very hot, perhaps this has to do with appetite and sleep, is not so good?

Doc.. Nothing much happening,its till so same
Am feeling so so so inferior
My face has become so bad.. red spots as well as marks.
whole face is very oily( forehead. cheeks and chin)
I have open pores in cheeks and thats very visible n makes me look tired along with dark circles. worse. its like i can find no place clean... I sweat in my face sooo much that makes it even worse...
Like this how long will take to clear? because i have lack of time i am getting frustrated dono what to do.. :( dotctor

well, doctor.. y is it some days i feel very sleepy even on day time...i cant even keep my eyes open, is it due to thuja ?? My head feels heavy if i dont sleep when i feel sleepy .. but at work i manage to b awake...

Its too hot here now.. waiting for rainfall :)
hmm yeah heat does make me tired.. but i try best to avoid sun and remain indoors.but still its not just heat which always makes me tired... i cant take much of physical strain as i said you before even on normal pleasant conditons..
I see people jus like me who be under the sun but still they seem normal and they sweat reasonably... why do i sweat soo much specially on face it turns red and sore.. very sensitive..
even if i freshly dressed
People who meet me ask : u look so tired? why is it so ?? its puzzling
After bath its like am red.. i blush too
