Phosphorus dosage/question

My symptoms have been heaviness and a weak feeling in low legs and feet as well as general weakness. It is especially bad when waking from sleep as if legs have been asleep. Lower legs were feeling heavy. This was a result of a reaction to some zinc products I had taken.

So - I took 4 drops of 30 c phosphorus this morning for the symptoms ( leg heaviness, extremeties, etc ). I felt okay for a few hours...maybe even a little better. Then in later afternoon, I got very tired and took a nap. Upon waking, it seems my low legs felt extra heavy, feet felt a bit numb as well as fingers. I was concerned so took a walk and legs felt crampy after walk.

Was it a mistake to take the phosphorus? Is this normal reaction? Should I wait for more days to see if I get a cure and my legs improve? The reason I ask is , as stated above, it seemed to intensify my symptoms of leg and foot weakness. Thank you.
