swelling ears

i am experiencing slight red and a bit swollen earlobes. this may be due to cold weather. this swelling is also in my testicles. slight itching is there. there is no pain. can u please suggest its cause and remedy

Please take three doses of belladonna 30c at a gap of 4 hours for 1-2 days and see whether it helps. Please don't take more than what is suggested. The remedy is suggested on the basis of symptoms. The cause cannot be diagnosed on that basis.
