Dear Sir,
Here is your requested profile. Many thanks to taking your time.

1. Describe your main suffering?
Lack of energy, therefore keeping up the mode.
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Allergy (dogs and pollen) and itching and reddish dandruff on the scalp. Palpation during stress and worries.
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Worried about the relatives health and be good enough at work (half time) and home nursing of my father (half time), since his stroke in 2008.
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
When I am at my work - to be good as others at my work, even I am exhausted (some nights I have slept 5-6 hours). And feeling I am not doing enough in my fathers rehablitation.
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
The biggest events can I remember was my mothers death 1981. I got excessive hairloss after an incident in Zimbabwe ( from Sweden to work 6 months/year during 10 yrs), I became so chocked when I saw how cruel racisism is and had even nightmares for a long time. In addition, my scalp became really sunburnt. After my fathers stroke my problems with dandruff, hairloss and allergy have been worse, probably due worries about his health.
6. Which time of the day you are worst?
No specific time.
7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Aggravates: When I hear/see successful people, then I can wish it would be better for me. Things get better when I sleeping, meeting friends, reading.
8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
No
9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I am probably moody. When I get exhausted and discover I will not have time for everything I can be arrogant, nervous, easily offended, irritating. I do not like so much arguing, arrogance and irritation, often just waste of time.
- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
Nothing.
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
I am not sure if I understand. I usually try to socialise with people, listen to music, meditate, trying to find positive things to do and thoughts which makes me feel better.

I like them.

My fathers' health. My dreams during the last 3 month is often about an alternative daily life with other work, family, friends. This is very strange for me.
12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I like all food, but not animal with fat. Particulary, all vegetables, eggs, olives, cheese, nuts, fruits.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
It is ok.
20. What peculiar or strange sensation do you have in any part of your body at times? Do you sometimes feel ‘ as if…..’ in some part of the body?
Sometimes headach after stress and palpation like on the left side and stomach when I am trying to relax and calm down.
21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?

Many thanks.

Dear Sir,

what is easier for you..to give or to take?
To give.
what are the things you get angry on?
Injustice, discrimination, false gossiping. I will call it upset, than angry.
what do you do when you are depressed...do you look for company or solitude? Both. To ask advices or/and leave the problems for a while with company. And sometimes alone for if I can see problems from a different perspective.

Best regards

I want to add that the crusty, reddish burning out-breaks on the scalp becomes worse when it is cold air.

to start a reaction, please take only 5 doses of PHOSPHORUS 200C each dose after 12 hours.

if you feel a response in you in the next 7 days,
please take weekly dose of PHOSPHORUS 1M for some three weeks and come back to me after about a month.

take the doses in empty stomach and clean mouth. dont take any food one hour before and after the dose.

one dose would be 4 drops of the remedy in 10 ml of water slowly sipped up in empty stomach.

Many thanks for taking your time and your advice. I assume that I should not continue to take Arnica D30 (for headach) and Nux Vomica D30 (stuff nose in allergy) and Ignatia amara D30 sometimes. I will reply about a month.

Best regards.

Dear Mr/Mrs Rishima,

I have taken the remedy as you adviced me to do: '5 doses of PHOSPHORUS 200C each dose after 12 hours. If you feel a response in you in the next 7 days,
please take weekly dose of PHOSPHORUS 1M for some three weeks'. After the first dose I felt it was the right remedy, so I continued as your prescribtion. I feel much calmer and have more energy and I think can handle events/problems with less stress and feels also inside the body. The itching has almost diseappered and rashes at the scalp is gone. But the hair has not started to regrow yet, maybe later. The skin has become more humid and less problem with cough now in the winter. Finally, I did not experienced any side effect/aggrevation. Many, many thanks for your help.

PS. I forget to tell that I sometimes smoking (I now is one of the badest habits), which I hope not affected the Phosphorus.

if your hair doesnt grow in the next 2 months, take one dose of PHOS 10M.

come back after 4 months and post response.

Dear Rishima,

I have tried as you said. It has come some new few long hair strands on the top while the density of the long hair strands have been less on the top. On the sides and in back the hair grows fast and thick. The remaining hair on the top is hair which is ca 5 mm and do not grow longer - it seems it stopps at that length and there is no completely bald area. I do not know if it is typical male hairloss pattern. During the winter (which is very cold and dry), I get redish, itchy, scaly patches and when I use common dandruff shampoos it get even worse - the scalp becomes red. The problems with the itching diseappers during the summer - especially it is hot and humid. Do you think is an allergy or a skin infection which makes the hairloss?
