IgA nephropathy - Kidney Issues
I am a 70 year old woman. I have been having severe health issues since 2004.In Sept 2004, I had a non cancerous pancreatic tumor surgery (wipple procedure), that went successfully. But after that I have had severe medical complications :
- Severe pancreatitis that resulted me staying in hospital in jan 2008 and also oct 2009.
- Developed diabetes
- High blood pressure and I have to take medicines for it
- and now, I have the afformentioned kidney issue with very high creatine levels, and kidney function thats at 20% getting lower..
Overall my health is frail, low life force (issues with adrenal glands in 2005), shrinking size and loosing weight.
Can someone qualified suggest a good homeo / homeo combo to tackle the whole varied sets of issues, holistically ?

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.
1. Describe your main suffering?
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
6. Which time of the day you are worst?
7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

I note that no one has prescribed any remedy for your IgA Nephropathy.
I am not a qualified homeopath but I do have some 25 years of helping with my own brand of Homeopathy which has been labelled 'Joepathy' by the classically qualified homeopaths. You are invited to insert this term into Google to get an idea of the numerous cures that I have been able to achieve with my therapy.
I have helped some patients who suffered from a loss of Kidney function with the remedy
Serum Anguillae 6c taken twice daily in the Wet dose. These patients were on Dialysis and they were able to extend the period between dialysis from 3 days up to 5 days as it appeared that this remedy was in some manner kick starting the Kidneys into functioning again.
I do not know if it can help you and it may be worth trying in your case as you will have nothing to lose except the cost of this remedy in the event of its not working.
I would also like you to add Arnica 6c in the Wet dose which you can also take twice daily leaving about an hour between remedies.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you take a capfull which is the dose. Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle is sipped as directed.

This case is very complicated as the patient seems to have suffered from many surgical episodes which are the real reason for her present condition.
You will note that the patient has not used my therapy which I had prescribed last April and has posed another question about an infection in the mouth which she has self diagnosed as Cellulitis/soft tissue infection.
As you will realize I cannot possibly diagnose her present problem from here in Sri Lanka where I live and she will have to consult a doctor and get a diagnosis to enable anyone to help her.

I am man in his mid 40s suffering from systemic bacterial soft tissue infection. I have been admitted to the hospital and administered intravenous antibiotics, repeatedly but it comes back, for the last 6 years. I spent 3 months in the hospital a few years back on IV. NEED HELP. The symptons are :
- Chronic Deep neck infection
- meningitis
- rash on scalp near spine
- pronounced lymph nodes on face and scalp and cheeks
- Chronic Erysipelas
- Orange peel like skin, on face, cheeks, around ears
- very itchy
- infected excema on face
- abcess forms near eyes
- periorbital cellulitis
- chronic ear infection
- Periodontal infection
- Swollen gums
- ulcerative stomatitis in mouth
- Lymph nodes swollen behind ear and in neck
- collar bone infection

- Enlarged Spleen
- Deep cellulitis in legs and arms...hands, and around ankle...skin is numb, itchy, and burns on shin and ankles and top of hands and foot.

As far as homeo goes, I have found temporary relief with :

- Zincum Metallicum
- Penicillicum
- Graphites (for itcy face)
- mezereum 6c (itchy face)
- Bio 82 seems to provide temporary relief while taking it, and then returns
- Conium & Calendula cream (on body and face)
- Taraxacum & Calendula drops
- Lyphosot drops
- Collodial silver drops massaged into skin

I am finding that Merc Sol 30c and 200C seem to be effective in fighting the systemic bacterial infection...wherever there was the infeciton (gums - periodontal infection and cheek inflamation, face - erysipelas, CNS - spinal meningitis, Neck - deep neck infection, Lungs - chronic bacterial pneumonia, hands - skin symptoms and pain in joints, etc), I am seeing that merc sol 30C seems to really cause pain in those areas, and then I get relief from that chronic fatigue that I've been suffering for the last 5 years....How long should I take merc sol 30C / 200C for ? An informal homeopath here suggested taking 30c during the day before / around noon, and then the 200c at night before I go to bed

You will remember that I informed you in my last email that I was not able to treat your case.
However since you have addressed me again with some information about Merc Sol I would like to inform you that taking any Homeopathic remedy in more than one potency on the same date will render the lower potency impotent as the higher potency will over-ride the lower. It is also possible that the 2 potencies may not be as effective as taking just one on the same day and I would advice you to use the Wet dose which I have used exclusively for the last 7 years and have observed that it is by far more effective for all Homeopathic remedies to cure disease.
Since you have been using Merc sol, you may continue to do so but in just ONE potency on the same day, preferably two days to evaluate which potency is the more suitable for your problem.
I would also suggest that you also take Arnica 30c in the Wet dose twice daily and observe if it will help you.

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.

I am 41 year and had BP issue 170/120. When checked repeatedly I found more protein in the urine and RBC. Recently I had done the Biopsy and came out as IGA nephopathy. Doctor has put me on steroids and BP medication.
