Piles problem

Sir,
I am suffering from pilessince last 2 years.I took Pilex tablets as well as creams.It treats some extent but last since last three month it is also not working.
After that I took SBL FP-200 ointment as well as BC 17 tablets thrice daily.But i not getting releif.
I have a severe pain in sitting as well.I am also taking Isabgol before or after meals dut to which i dont have constipation as well as stool is also soft.But there is a excess bleeding during stool.
piles convolution are similar to grape bunch near anus.
Kindly recommend some medicine to cure the pain as well as bleeding .

Sir I am taking the three salts and two aurvedic medicine as u told...but the massa become hard and I have a greate continues pain.

Dear Abhishek

If there is no relief from tissue salts and ayur medicines. Please stop those medicines and follow Dr. Mohla's suggestion given above.
