Severe Acidity
Hi there experts,I have had this acidity issue since I was a kid.
Everytime I eat a meal , I would get burps with acid coming into my mouth. Drinking water and tea makes it worse. I could feel my chest , throat burn. Im order to get rid of this adic I try to induce burps which eventually make the acid end up in mouth. I do smoke. I worry a lot. I have anger issues. Im losing hair on the right side of my head. My wife says my body smells sour when i prespire. I do have chest pains on the side ( right underneath the armpits). I have tried taking carbo vegetabilis(30c) pills which didnt help. I went to a homeopath who suggested I take Calcarea Carbonera(200m) and Magnesia carbonica(6c). The doctor also suggested that sour smell from body and chest pains and hair loss is due to gas and acid. I took that for 2 weeks and no use. I have been passing a lot gas. I can hear gas travelling in my stomach during the day and its quite audible and is quite embarssing. Dinner at 6-7 PM makes me goto restroom and that too is quite audible. Stool is quite watery and is not in a certain shape ( its not diarrhea) And im not satisfied in one visit. I did gain weight. I have an office job. I dont eat a lot in the morning 4 slices only. for lunch I have 1 sandwich and eat 2 loaves of bread for dinner.But im lazy in nature and have no physical acitivity due to busy schedule of MBA and Job and married life.
This is becoming an issue now.
Someone for god sakes please help me!

day 1
please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200c at a gap of 4 hours
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
day 2 to day 15
please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
natrum sulph 6x
natrum phos 6x
kali mur 6x
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Please report after 15 days.
Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.

Didnt work because I do use quite a bit of fragrances and drink coffee at work?
Or do you think these medicines were not meant for my condition?
Im looking for an online ordering website for Nux Vomica in liquid form. Any suggestions for websites?

Carbo Veg and Calc Carb are not the remedies of an angry young man. Though they would have given some symptomatic relief, if you had followed the restrictions and had not taken too many doses of the remedy. You may buy liquid dilution or pills from abc itself.

I finally got my medicines.
I started Taking Nux Vomica the way you suggested.
Its making the Acid condition even worse.
I couldnt sleep last night because of my burning chest and throat.
Any ideas?
Do you think its what Noc Vomica is supposed to do in the beginning?
Do I continue Nux Vomica for today since you only wanted me to take Nux Vomica for 1 day?
I have quit coffee.
But smoking continues.

Nux is to be taken only for one day. It is good that it did something. It would have been better if it had done something positive. But still it has set in some reaction. Please take the tissue salts now. Please do the breathing exercises to the extent possible. Please don't smoke atleast within 1 hr before/after taking remedies.
