help me please
DEAR GOOD DOCTORS:I am 50 years old male and married i have suffering from neck pian,
i have already used Causticum 30c and Mag Phos 30 thrice a day 20 days and recently(11 to 12.jan.2010) i hav used Bryonia 1M three dose only after 12 hours each.little more detail are follows.
my pain aggravate with the work and movment of
shoulder pain feel in Scapula joints both sides and neck vertibrae.

Please stop all other Homeopathic Medicines and use this. I have witnessed permanent results in 100s of cases with these remedies:
Arnica 30c, once a day, 2 pills in the morning for 1 week
Spigelia 30c, once a day, 2 pills, in the morning for 1 week
Report back after 2 weeks. You can also buy the following remedies and keep it with you for future use (intercurrently given). Dont use them until I say. You will need no more than these remedies for permanent restoration.

Spigelia 200c
Dulcamara 200c
Medhorinum 200c
Syphilinum 200c

today i have taken last dose of Spigelia 30c.
i am feeling little bit better but not as much as i need to..these days neck pain is fine but some time start when i move my shoulder and lifting some weighted things..
and back pain is lighter now.
now tell me which medicine i would now?

Please write to me whether there is any reason why you got your pain worse today (any over work, travel, food etc?)
You can take Arnica 30, 2 pills, twice a day to get better.

You can try Arnica in wet doses for a couple of days. If you see good benefit in just 2 days, then you can continue.
Otherwise, I would suggest to start after some more medicines that I have lined up for you.

i am taking arnica wet dose twice a day morning and at night before bed i feel arnica wet dose is good for me.
what should you advise is arnica wet dose continue with your other remedies or stop arnica wet dose??

Please continue Arnica Wet dose. Suggested to stop it only on the day you take other medicines (on the day you take Syph or Dulc)
It will be nice if you would write a few words about the effect of each medicines. Like how do you feel after Medhorinum and so on.

Please take Dulcamar 200c, once in 4 days for 2 weeks. Then stop all medicine, except Arnica 30c in wet dose. You will continue with Arnica 30c for another few months. No other medicine needed and I expect you to get slowly better. Otherwise, I would repeat Medhorinum 200c (only once) and Syph 200 (only once) to intensify the action of other medicines you are taking
