Quick thrush tips....
I was hoping to find out some quick tips on dealing with vaginal thrush symptoms.Anyone have any new ideas?

hi, i need to know few details before suggesting a medicine. but if u want just general tips....here u go.
1) find out whats the cause and deal with that. for example.
-are u taking antibiotics?
-are u diabetic
-is there any skin damage in the affected area which is infected.
- pregnancy, stress,menopause(hormonal imbalance)
- weakened immune system
2)maintain good vaginal hygiene. wash and dry thoroughly .don't use any perfumed soaps, gels,deodorants to clean up. just use plain clean water.
3)no to tight fitting cloths.
4)proper diet which includes good bacterias like yogurt. it really helps. also 3 to 4 pods of garlic a day.
5)avoid contraceptives if u use any.
