Question re: Potency. Are 30C and 30CH the same ?

I am trying to get Arnica 30C here in Canada. But I find that Boiron Canada's products seem to be labeled CH, eg: Arnica 30CH, Rhus 30CH, etc.
Are C and CH just two different ways of expressing the same potency or are they different?
Confused.
