in pain

my partner has had prostisitus for many years and has a sore penis. he also sometimes find it hard to ejaculate. he also has a pilonidal abscess which he is currently taking homeopathic remedies for. his concern at the moment is the prostisitis, the head of his penis being sore and loss of libido. if anyone has any suggestions for him i would appreciate it

- What are the medicines he is currently taking?

- Has there been any changes for the better?

he was taking mystrica 200 for about 5 days then silica 6c for about 10 days then silica 200 for about 5 days there was some drainage but it wasnt as effective as we had hoped he is really uncomfortable now with it we got the directions of ABC but it didnt seem to work we're not sure if he was taking it correctly do you have any advice
