Anxiety/Depression/Baddreams/Anger

iam a 37 yr old guy married ,i feel always angry,depressed,and also have anxiety. in regards to my past incidents happened in my life . i have been checking this forum for some time and i took saphisgaria 200 which i took for more than a week three times daily ,then i stopped , felt good had good dreams now after three weeks back to square one. i also smoke some times ineed some body to help me with this matter or if you could prescribe me with a good homeopathic medicine. i also intend to throw things some times due to anger. i need a serious help please
