cold limbs & anxiety

hi there everyone . i am a 19 year old male 140 pounds. I live in canada where it is cold at this time of year. I have been suffering from cold hands and feet for a long time now even when i wear socks and gloves. i also go through serious anxiety on a daily basis (no panic attacks) and because of this its really hard for me to stay styll and relax because of which i guess my blood doesnt flow properly. i worry alot about other people and what they think of me and what they are thinking in general i try to stop it but i cant and there fore i am always stressed out and worried. Also my appetite has been down because of the stress and anxiety.

main symptoms
cold hands and feet (excessive)
sweaty hands and feet (excessive)
anxiety
stress
worry about people's thoughts
unable to relax

so if some one could suggest a remedy for me i would be very happy !
