claustrophobia + migraine

I have a friend who is suffering from claustrophobia.

besides that, she's also getting migraines which are caused by strong smells(various perfumes, people), crowd, eating cheese or chocolate, weather changes, overactivity.

She usually gets blurred vision before the attack.

strong smell, crowd can cause her to throw up.

After she moved away from her family to another country, her symptoms became more severe.
I am guessing it's because her family was very important to her, and losing her family made her become more insecure in result causing more negativity which makes her more vulnerable to those attacks.

After several hours of research all over the internet, I found the best matching herbs: Argentum Nitricum and Napellus.

I was wondering if there's anybody out there who can recommend me something better?

Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
She may take the following remedies

day 1
three doses of aconitum napellus at a gap of 4 hours

day 2 to day 10
4 pellets of kali phos 6x thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.

Thanks, Iwill let her fill the questionnaire.

Like I mentioned in the post, I've done a long research and I read that Pulsatilla helps the best with claustrophobia.

For me it sounded like Pulsatilla and Argentum Nitricum is the perfect combination.

Why do you think kali phos is a better choice over Pulsatilla in her case?

Thanks.

puls
Mind.--Weeps easily. Timid, irresolute. Fears in evening to be alone, dark, ghost. Likes sympathy. Children like fuss and caresses. Easily discouraged. Morbid dread of the opposite sex. Religious melancholy. Given to extremes of pleasure and pain. Highly emotional. Mentally, an April day.

arg nit
Mind.--Thinks his understanding will and must fail. Fearful and nervous; impulse to jump out of window. Faintish and tremulous. Melancholic; apprehensive of serious disease. Time passes slowly (Cann ind). Memory weak. Errors of perception. Impulsive; wants to do things in a hurry (Lilium). Peculiar mental impulses. Fears and anxieties and hidden irrational motives for actions.

Puls is more appropriate for the one having mild disposition. Home sickness is a sign of mild disposition. So puls is a good choice.

Arg nit is more about anticipatory anxiety and not about home sickness.

Kali phos is a bio-chemic medicine and i recommended it more on the lines of a tissue salt (Dr. Schuessler) and not as a homeo remedy.

Hi, homeopathic medicines like Argentum nitricum and Pulsatilla, more so pulsatilla(as suggested by Mr Kadwa also) in 200 potency, looks like a more suitable remedy for her problems of claustrophobia, migraine, since migraine is a psyco-somatic disorder. This can be given on a daily basis as 6pills o.d. On the samelines i would suggest you give her symptomatic relief during her attacks in the form of Belladonna 200 or coffea 200, 6pills prn.Since much details are not known about her nature, her lifestyle, diet, other factors, it would be difficult to pinpoint a single constitutional remedy. Lets hope this gives relief and eventually cures with ssome more detail inputs from your end.
