cramp in lower abdomen

sir when i get up in the morning,my body does not behave in normal way ,like others . because of my cramp in lower abdomen i really feel bad . when i get up in the morning i have to rush to toilet , because of the cramp . my organ rise up . i caanot go out in winter at any time my feet are cold as i do not know when again i will have cramp . i cannot take my bath as i remove my cloths , my organ rise up . such a bad feeling .i cannot go in night parties in winter because of the cramp . i feel nauseating with cough
