This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please describe the physical manifestation of the disease.

how does he walk, is he able to run, is there any trembling or gait during his movement, is there any pain at a certain location?

describe all the above whatever is applicable.

please give him ABROTANUM 200C one dose per week for some weeks.

one dose would be 4 drops of remedy in some 10 ml of water taken in empty stomach.

no food or water one hour before or after.

come back after 2 months and report if there is any change.
