please take NUX VOM 30C thrice a day for some 2 to 3 days and watch progress for the next one week.

one dose would be 3 to 4 drops in some 10 ml of water.

take the doses in empty stomach and no food one hour before or after taking the dose.

Yesterday night, I felt some pain again after dinner and today at morning I got some semi loose stool with slight pain and burning irritation in rectum. I mean it is the first semi loose stool after betterment. So I was wanting to know that what if some of the symptoms come back again? Can I use some dose of Nux Vomica 30 again? Please let me confirm that what should be done in this situation? Should I wait more as it is or should I take some dose?

HELLO RISHIMBA!

Please confirm me my diet plan. As I told earlier that I am not kinetic kinda guy. I sit whole day in front of computer. I got no gym activity and no morning walk kinda things running. So please make me cleared about my food routine. Currently, I take PARATHA in breakfast then 1 ROTI in lunch then 1 ROTI in dinner. In between those meals i take tea twice a day and almost 5-6 glasses of water. Sometime, I take fruits in minor quantity.
Please tell me that, Is it OK routine for kinda guy like me? OR should i change it?

peelachooza last decade
one should have some physical exercise in the routine..it helps digestion.

nux can only initiate the curing process but a normal healthy diet and healthy living habbits would ensure good digestion in the long run.

rishimba last decade
Dear Rishi: Patient may not be Nux type if you see his responses. You may ask some more questions to verify.

srisri last decade
hey rishimba!
what is the point of srisri now?
are you cleared of your diagnosis about my illness?
please satisfy me.
now i am having a dilemma here.

peelachooza last decade
constitutionally you may not be a nux person because you are not an industrius, ruthless, go getter or short tempered individual..

however, low potency nux vom would work on you because of the typical symptoms of nux you have mentioned in your opening post and your lifestyle.

rishimba last decade
Dear Rishi:

Apologies to create some confusion but here is why I think Nux may only result in palliation/ suppression.

Patient's first post says: I am 27 years old and I have joined this forum to share a chronic illness of mine.
I have been suffering IBS since many years repeatedly and I never got permanent treatment for it.

So it is not a recent layer or a problem because of some Friday night shenanigan.

Peelachooza: Please go ahead with Rishi's prescription. He will follow up with you based on your feedback.

srisri last decade
So nice of you SRISRI.
i really appreciate your sincerity in this forum.
thanks again.

yellowchicken last decade
thats right srisri... he would require a follow up remedy if his system doesnt catch up.

lets wait and see..as he has got some relief.

nux will not suppress but bring out some of is original suppressed symptoms if his case is chronic. 30c potency is quite low to suppress if its taken for a couple of days.

rishimba last decade
Dear Rishi: Please look at this thread where yellowchicken aka as Peelachooza is waiting for your response and then decide:

He has been presenting partial symptoms in diff threads but his mentals cant deceive.

srisri last decade
hi srisri..i have seen the thread, and you rightly suggested lyco for him.

i would have followed up with lyco in any case looking at his personality here.

cheers.
