Pulsatilla 200C aggravation

Hi,
I've just started taking Pulsatilla 200C for recurrent UTI's and I can't figure out if I'm having an aggravation, or if it's just not helping.
I took my first dose at 1pm last night, and another before bed. I found my symptoms were lessening and I slept throughout the night without a problem. The frequency and the pain were a lot better too.
During the day today I was still feeling better, took another dose at 1pm today and the pain and burning has returned severely. Now I don't know if it's been caused by taking another dose, or if it wasn't really working in the first place- when I was SURE last night it was.
Should I take another dose? If it's an aggravation do I just not take the remedy again for now?
Thankyou for any suggestions.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The golden rule is stop further dosing when you are experiencing healing.

Try taking strong coffee to antidote. If that doesnt help try Nux Vom in 6 or 30.

Thankyou for the advice. I hadnt taken another dose since I made my original post, and everything is feeling a lot better again. I've got some Nux Vom in 6 that I'll use if I have a problem.

I thought the homeopath was getting me to over-dose with it. 200C a few times a day seemed way too much for that potency in particular

I guess I just don't understand, do I stop taking the remedy when things are 'improved' or when they are 'resolved'. I still have the symptoms, they are just lessened.

I guess I just wait to see if they keep improving, and take the remedy only if it just worsens again?
