Loose motions During Pregnancy

watery dicharge motions occurred during pregnancy(6th month)just 10 days before. As advised by Homeopathic forum, with China 30 frequency of discharge reduces to once a day or sometimes Twice.
watery discharge cured, but stool is still in running form & Gas problem is continue.

Please find mentioned below brief history of Diseases, treatments & symptoms, which may help you to select appropriate medicine:

Age: 28
Body type: Slim.
Complexion: Wheatish

Used to Naval displacement, twisting of veins/muscle of legs, shoulder, abdomen etc.
Nose, lower part of legs, feet(even in shoes), Hands, fingers remain very cool in winter season. But cant sustain warm weather too easily.
Nose bleeding can also happen in any season.

Skin is very dry & soft. Even a small spot becomes permanent on skin.
Sometimes fear in dreams, very sensitive, adjustable, understanding, caring in nature with pleasant personality.

One year before, pain was in the ear with Pus, and as advised by Doctor, there was a hole in the drum. It was cured by Heper sulf & Silicia.
Mag Phos. was taken for naval displacement. now Bio-Comb No. 1 & Hemotone is taking for low HB(HB is 8.2). BC 26 is also taking.
Burning of skin of arms like rashes also happening in these days
Periods remained regular and normal before conceiving. As per Doctor, child's Growth is also normal.

Please advise some Homeopathic remedy for proper curing of loose motion, Gas trouble, Coldness of the feet, nose, lower part of legs, Hands, fingers in winters, dryness & softness of skin, and nose bleeding in Summers as well as in winter(it is not continue, but can happen anytime), Nose remains very dry.
