The doctor advised him to continue allopathic medicines,along with his prescription.
He was doing it all along.There is nothing new I advised.
When a patient is in distress you have to reassure him.I did nothing more than that.
Have you read Vithoulkus?He says if a person is used to allopathic therapy for a long time,he should be weaned away,gradually,and not suddenly.
I have lot of faith in what he says.He solved more than 20000 cases,and I believe him totally.
He is the most practical man, I have ever come across,and that is the reason for his success.
As I already told you, I read lot of books,and feel, though I know little, it is enough to start advising on theoretical and philosophical aspects.
I can't venture into prescribing straight away,as I am yet to get full confidence.
When I am still depending on others for advice even for myself and my family, How can I prescibe others?
But, I can tell what is homeopathy, topics like,the correct way of taking remedies,prognosis,etc..all general, but subjects,which all would like to know.
All the visitors won't have time to go through the vast literature,and any insight we provide on various aspects of theory and philosophy, I feel should be welcome.
Our aims and philosophies are different.We may cross each other many times,during the long journey ahead,but if we understand that our goals in participating on forums like these are different,there should be no scope for ill will.
I don't feel it is waste of time.People who don't have time to read through my long posts,will usually skip them.But even if one person gets interested and learns from what I write,I feel satisfied.

need to pick and choose when it comes to Vithoulkus' information----he's become a money schemer and lost site of the goal.. and if you want to quote Vithoulkus as your support--you'll be going down with the ship....listen to dutch seminars....thats why he sits on his island and writes books and does seminars---MONEY---his practise has fallen to way-side.......money mongers....with abilities

the stopping of allopathic medicines is determined by patient's vitality;condition being treated;side effects occcuring due to use;willingness of patient/prescriber to work together closely.........constant monitorization by prescriber and allopath dr. Dear Dr Shamid,
I have already posted a similiar reply to people onj eczema. I first presumed my skin condition to be eczema. After going through the discussions on psoriasis in the forum a thread started by and others, i now suspect my condition to be Psoriasis.
But there has been no improvement or change in the skin's condition about psoriasis there is that silvery colour of the skin, and redness of the skin. THE SKIN AT THE JOINTS HAVE INDEED CRACKED.
Psoriasis i am told stays for life, is this true? A dermatologist near my house reconfirmed my doubt and he says it is psoriasis in the initial stage. I think i have altast convincingly explained the area i.e. it is on the area on the ankle and extending around on an area around the ankle and behind it i.e. on the calf muscle on the left leg.
Finally it is dry and wet together in the sense skin alternates dry and wet, and it bleeds only if scratched the area and i feel better when i scratch and peel the dry skin till it bleeds after which it becomes wet again and cracked. It pains horribly afterwards, that is after i peel the skin off; and sometimes i cannot even touch the infected area.
There is that burning feeling
or sensation and hurts more if water is poured on it hot, cold or warm. I sweat a lot especially soles.
I may have to remove my chappals to each time rub it on the ground to dry the sweat to apply mud on the soles. I hope you understand what i mean. I cannot more explicitly describe than this.
I sweat on a lot on the armpits also. It is so distressing to me that anybody standing next to me actually move away from me.
Please clarify my doubt and advise if there is a medicine to psoriasis.
I have started taking PSORINUM 1M on alternate days, is this ok?

First of all take one dose of Sulphur 200 before breakfast and than you can start Psorinum 200 after 48 hours.

My reaction from Sulphur. I for good or bad had a small patch of excema and took 10M Sulphur once for it. It did seem to help the skin, but what is has done to my mind is more interesting. I have seen a dramatic change in my behavor. Before I was scattered, now I have a desire to write everything down and plan out what i do. My diet has changed, before I liked junk food, now I would prefer a carrot. The changes that have happened are far from bad, but is unexpected. Something to be aware of for all the people self treating out there, there can be things you don't expect.

I have used my favourite remedy Arnica 6c in the Wet Dose to help a patient with Psoriasis. He had used both Psorinum and Sulphur both of which were not helping till I suggested the Arnica and the lesions dried up like magic in a few days.
I would suggest that all who read this post who suffer from Psoriasis and are using other remedies, to supplement these remedies with Arnica 6c and see the result for themselves.

It is unfortunate that this ailment which afflicts so many and is usually treated with powerful drugs especially steroids has still defied cure by Homeopathic remedies which have to be experimented with for individual cases to identify the one that helps.
I have recently discovered a new use for Arnica and it seems to help to lower the Blood Sugar level in some Diabetics who have used it. I have been able to have tests carried out in India and if you too could offer it to your own patients we can have another independent source of information on this subject.

I have psoriasis for one year.
Its increasing day by day.
Please advice me, so I can take right medicine.
Here is some information about myself & and about my problem.
The problem is there in scalp & mainly in legs.
The white semi liquid (pustules) are forming mainly in my legs.
Some time my legs are swelling (little).
Itching is there in my scalp.
Earlier I send some photos.
New spots are coming in the chest & in back side, elbows.
Age 28.
Food,
I like normal Bengali veg food with not spicy at all.
I like fish. I don't like sweets. I like salty food.
Appetite is average.
I am taking 3 liters of waters.
Nature.
I am very positive in nature.
sometime anxious for this disease only.
I am happy with my wife.
I love my job also. I accept new changes & new technology.
I love mountains, I love travelling.
I am always hungry to learn new things.

I wouldn't want to go any higher in potency than a 30C
to begin, with regard to a skin condition, especially
such a long standing one involving various earlier suppressions. To go higher
is to invite severe aggravation and harm.

I am a psoriatic patience for 9-10 years. I have tried almost all paties well known on this earth.
Almost 95 percent of my body part is affeced by the patches and scars.
Every times i control it, after a little carelessness or changes in lifestyle ro wether condition it spreads all over the body rapidly. well know clinics of india for allergies have treated me for years. but at the end they ware proved to be money extracting agents.
After lots of studies on sulpher i started taking sulpher 200, two drops once a week with all homeopathic precaution. The result was visible just in 7 to 8 days. and within a month it cleared the 70 % percent of the patches. Now i have 2-3 % on some parts of my body.
It is the 4th month of the medication of sulpher 200, two drops once a week, empty stomach, early in the morning.
I am really very happy, but i have become very weak and fragile although i havent lost wait but look thin and feel weakness from inside.
I am expecting suggestion regarding my mediaction. i wish i could get guidence and answer of the following questions:
A) For how long should i take medicines?
I really want to continue untill i dont see any symptom for years.
B) Do I need to make any changes in the doses or the medicine?
I am thinking to increase the potency by 1M, 2 drops once a moth for the next six months or unrill the medicine stops responding. And 10M - 2 drops once every quarter or 6 months at least for the next couple of years or so
I am really desperate to get the suggestions................pls help me

Yes you can use more high potency of Sulphur like 1M or 10M after 12 to 15 days.

I've had psoriasis for 11yrs and once it went away and has come back I would say that its severe and very hard for me to control I dont know what else to do I've only tried topicals. What do you think I should do I feel that the 2nd pregnancy has made it worsen my legs and arms are covered
not sure the options I have when breastfeeding.
