Need Help Mardana Kamzore
Hello DoctorsMarried last year and is suffering from severe lack of libedo and dislike to do sex.
Can do sex have no errection problem yet once i have started up deliberately. But now sometimes i feel i looses my errection during coition sometimes.
Discharge early within a minute and more significatly is low sperm +
Penis small and thin.
Therefore m worried about my married life.
I have tried various homeopathic medicines about 8 months back but all in vein. No allopathic medicines used. Besides this i have no problem.
Brief about myself;
- Sex : Male
- Height: 5`9
- Weight 179 lbs
- Regular Smoker 1 pack a day
- Profession : Stock Exchange
- Non vegetarian
Any other information i will glad to provide. Thanks in advance.

doctor J K Mohla sahib sorry to bother you want to ask couple of questions about the treatment you have suggested. Hope u will not mind, to clearify my thought, infact you are professional expert whereas i am not in this area ;
1. The effects of these remedies are reversable or not?. In simple words after sometime say about 3 months the positive effects are reversed (previous state) or will remain in the body.
2. Is there any modalities thereto ?
Please correct me if i am wrong.
I have started taking Nux Vom 30 in evening. Report you after 15 days. Waiting for your reply. Thanks doctor J K Mohla Allah Bless You Sir.

1. Itching near sexual organs and legs specially in night after putting off under garments.
2. Very calm and cool feeling mentally.
3. Stomach bloated spaecially in morning when i rise from bed and in evening after 5 Pm or so.
4. No change in sexual urge, i.e absent completely.
I know you have a very busy schedule, i will be glad to have your opinion Sir.
Please reply as i m worried a bit your professional opinion will help me to cure myself.

1.Nux Vomica 30 evening 7 days.
2.Caladium 1m after 7 days one dose only.
3.Yohimbinum q 8 drops in four table spoon of water twice daily for 15 days.
An overall precise progress is given below,
1.Mentally i feel better i.e less nervous,happy and depression is also decreased.
2. Peaceful night sleeps.
3.No change in sexual urge (absent) i have to start deliberately.
4.Penis and testicles slightly shrinked and in last
5. Two night falls in last two weeks.
Please advice further thanks doctor in advance.
