pain and burning while passing stools..

Sir..

i am 21 year old male...
i am thin lean..
for the past two weeks..i am having this burning sensation and pain during passing out stools...i go to toilet daily once in the morning.
..pain is felt more when the stools are hard.
.i have been taking excess water....i am a pure veggie..i dont take curd..

i am assuming these to be the simptoms of piles...Early stages..

May i have your suggestion pls...

if my disease is in the early stages..what medicines should i use...pls let know..

i get 200 dosaged pills..in the nearby homeo stores...how many pls give me the details of how many pills pef dose and the dosage time and repetition in a day...and for how many days...

can this piles be treated in the early stages so that it dosent get worse?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nux Vomica 30 in the evening one dose and Sulphur 30 in the morning one dose for a week.

1 dose is 2 pills, dry on tongue (no water or food for 30 minutes before and after taking the medicine). Dont drink water along with dose. Dont touch the pills in hand, just drop from the cap to your mouth.

In addition, also take KALI MUR 6x (Bio Chemic) - 4 to 6 pills, mix in half glass of warm water and drink before going to bed to give you easy stool in the morning. Continue this Kali Mur for 1 month.

If the Pain continues after a week, please post.
