Dr. Please I need help

I am a 27 year old Male, origin (Bangladeshi). Back in late 1998 (I was 16 then) I noticed granular growths along the corona of glans and frenulum of prepuce. The growths are tiny, many, soft, flesh colored whitish at the tip are in clusters. The growths at underside of the corona of glans around the frenulum of prepuce are a bit more prominent than the rest. At the same time I experienced similar growths around the corner of upper lip along the inner outline where the lip is mostly moist. I noticed these growths are not noticeable unless I stretch my lip or the corona of glans and they become relatively more prominent when I perspire or the weather turns damp and humid. There's absolutely no itching or discharge from the granulations ever. I also noticed in dry and cold conditions my lower lip turns dry but my upper lip never dries up if that is of any significance regarding my condition. Recently after my researches on the internet and comparing the pictures on the web I can conclude all the granulations bear absolute resemblance with with fordyce's spots or pearly papules as I also have similar spots inside my mouth and on the edge of my tongue.

In 2004 I was in Delhi, and consulted a skin specialist and he told me not to worry about my condition (fordyce's condition, papules- as he termed it) as it is quite common and totally harmless. But his diagnosis was based on mere visual inspection. I also saw a homeopath in Delhi too and she gave some medicine which didn't work either.

I moved to North America in 2006 in pursuit of higher studies and then I got married in 2008. My main tribulation started when I first noticed similar growths on my wife's lip ( a month ago). I started researching on the web and I came across terrifying possibilities of HPV. A week ago my wife went for her first routine pap smear test and after that she received a call back from the doctor saying that the results are fine but they need to redo the test. But I read on the internet that doctors redo a pap smear only when they suspect hpv infection.

I have never had sex before I got married not even got into any kind of intimate contact with any one other than my wife in my entire life and same is true of my wife too. As far as I know HPV can't be transmitted without direct skin to skin contact. And I am convinced my condition is contagious since my wife got the symptoms from me. Doctor, right now I'm totally devastated and terrified and feel utterly suicidal while I think of the potential consequences of HPV. At the onset of my puberty I indulged in excessive masturbation using sofa cushions. Sometime I would get those occasional gash on my penis from the friction of rough fabric of the cushion. On couple of occasions I used polybags as sheath between cushions and reused the same polybag containing semen from previous use a day later or too. I wonder if my condition came from the exposure to dried semen stains on the cushions I used so many times or from decomposing semen . But every time after doing that I washed myself with soap and used alum crystals and antiseptic creams as disinfectant.

Back in 1992 I experienced warts on my face and lip ( my dad had developed similar warts back then too - he didn't have any warts on lip though). I was given sulphur and the warts went away and for my dad Thuja worked. This time around I tried Sulphur and thuja but nothing worked (in 1999). In late eighties I remember my dad had severe psoraisis and and me and my immediate older sister experienced itches.
We all were being treated by a homeopath and complications healed over time.

Doctor, I suffered a turbulent family life as a kid as an adolescent as my father destroyed it with his whims. This made me deeply introvert and recluse (but i never smoke or did drugs) but I'm always nice to people and as for my own life I longed for a happy healthy family life when I married. That was the hope that made me stretch my life to the stage that I am right now.

Doctor, please help me in any way possible. Given my present mental state, your advices will have huge bearing on me.
