Hi Vikas,

Why do you want to leave Lachesis when it is giving benefit.

Sameerji ,

Thanks for the response.

I am not sure if lachesis is giving benefit particularly 200 C .

The patient's feedback does not seem to indicate that she has derived benefit from 200c .

The patient also seems to lack the vehemence and hence perhaps the destructive/syphilitic bent of lachesis.

In her last post she says that wears scarves around her neck in winters.

So lachesis indications are smudgy.

I am sorry , I didnt see that the thread had multiple pages, and on page 1 the remedy seemed to be working fine.

I will go through and respond.

So, the patient said on 26th...

'I have been feeling good about my life, as if I am making progress. However, my mental and physical energy have been ebbing and flowing, fluctuating up and down.

I have been experiencing an aggravation of old symptoms such as:

1. Heartburn

2. Ears are very clogged up and crackling. It feels as if the Eustachian tubes are swollen.
3. Eyes are watery or sticky wet.
4. Uterine cramping during menstrual period was more intense.'

I think you should stick with Lachesis...

The patient feels better mentally, and old physical symptoms are returning, which is always a good sign.

Sameerji ,

Thanks .

Please also shed more light on the fact 'The patient also seems to lack the vehemence and hence perhaps the destructive/syphilitic bent of lachesis'

Hi Vikas,

Lachesis also covers mental picture of sycosis as well.

Moreover, not necessarily every Lachesis patient will be destructive.

Even within the miasms, there will be center of gravity of symptoms, on one of mental, emotional or physical planes defined by how intense the symptoms are on each one of the planes. Even in syphilis, if the the disease has not gone too deep, the center of gravity will often not be on the mental plane, and in those cases, you will not see destructive behaviour.

Absence of vehemence does not contra-indicate Lachesis.

Thanks once again for your wonderful insights.

U encapsulate so much in your little explanations that it takes time to understand it all .

I will slowly digest it .

Thanks and regards
