please help for this chronic disease

I m a male,38age,5'6' non smoker, non alcoholic, dislike heat but sensitive to cold by throat, my symptoms are:
1. since 2001 i have been facing severe eye itching in summer like something particles into eyes which becomes fewer in winter, during bath a lot of itching takes place, after itching eyes becomes bloody red, wound have been appeared in both eyes, which relaxed by taking anti-histaminic doses, now black flottring in my vision [one each in both eyes from 2-3 years] like mosquitos, m using -1.0 spects, I have used heper-sulph but no relief.

2. i have extracted 2 upper wisdom teeth also having 3 feelings in lower left or right, one filling is black coloured. all the gums are having swelling with pus. In left lower jaw pus becomes visible at the root of the filling like boils after eating, biting food gives me pain in left lower theeth.
3. At the age of 15 lot of pimples on my face having pus which after few years cured [NOT PERMANENTLY] after Nux-Vom-Q., cal.phos-6x. Still i receive pimples,acne seldomly
which are cured by taking heper-sulph 200 but not cured for always.
4. I m an intellectual person, very loose tempered, hot,patient of incomplete digestion and constipation, like to sit always under AC.
5. In winter i get skin itching at back under sun light may be due to dryness.
6. at the age of 14-15 i suffered from cold apsis[cyst] at the root of my right throat which later declared as + to TB. After a long treatment for an year i was freed by this.
7. My voice is very heavy and sensitive to winter season.
8. I did masturbation for more than 20 years. Though i was physically normal and having two kids also but now a days i feel lack of erection in penis which becomes so cold during intercourse though having a lot of desire.I aslo feel memory loss.
9. I m very lethargic regarding physical labour but very sharp in reading and speeking. Throughout my study i have been a topper student
i m all right. I m recently working on very high reputed Govt.post
I think i have given all the data so finally i want to resolve problems regarding: Eyes, teeth and gums, acne and penis erectile dysfunction. Thanks.
