How Long Kali Phos 6X Should be Taken for Peaceful Sleep?

Dear Sir,

I am a 35 years old woman. As per your article on the Times of India (article name: Rest Assured with Homeopathy), I am taking Kali Phos 6X two tablets half an hour before bedtime to induce good sleep. How many months should I take this medicine. Can I take it for the rest of my life. I am taking Kali Phos 6x tablets for the past 8 days with better results.
