Please, anyone who knows of a Homeopatic remedy for getting your hormones in balance please write back!
I have basic hormone issues major one is Acne..due to crazy hormones,I am 48. Stress ,Anger ,senitive to noises, Frustrated,Irritated, Confused,
sleep is not good,small hot flashes and night sweats,But the worst is the Anger associated with Acne..I hate thinking people are looking at me..I am tall and thin, and have no children.
I have started to change my diet,I am vegetarian,but started to eat fish,I have quit drinking, quit coffee,and now drink green tea, and I did start Anica wet dose, but that is not really helping..I need one for my mental hormonal attitude.
So please help if you know or have experienced this..

Please take three doses of Sepia 200c at a gap of 4 hours for one day. Please don't take daily but only on one day.
Please report back after 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine. | | |

Thank-you I will order it or try to get it local, and start soon as possible. I have taken sepia 30 C and it does seem to take the edge off, but doesn't last.
How do you feel about me taking ignatia 200.I have taken that a long time ago for hives,associated with stress.

Sepia is the indicated remedy here and it should work best in 200 potency to start with. Ignatia is not indicated for the symptoms you have. |
