I am sending my wives answers to standard Questionnaire.Please Advice.


1.Describe your main suffering?
Body Pains (Bones and Muscles of hands legs) in the night. Spine pain. Itching of Clitoris. Weakness. She can’t work continuously and stand for a long time. These pains don’t occur Daily. In a Month only for some days(we cant expect).

2.What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Low B.P from 11 years. When strained she feel Headache. She suffered from anemia and she takes FP 6X and CP 6X each 4 Tabs even now.

3.What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Irritation, Anger.

4.What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Irritation, Anger.

5.When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
After Marriage.No disease.
6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Evening hours and mainly after completion of any work. Pains start in the evening continue in Night.

7.What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Work and talking -- aggravate
Rest and Sleep--ameliorate

8.Do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
change of place—No relation.
Body Pains Increase-----During Menses

9.When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
She likes Cold weather and Hates Hot and Dry weather.But Body pains appear in Cold Weather.

10.Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
Not Moody,Arrogant,Easily offended,Not Quiet, Arguing, Irritating,Lazy.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
She is scared of Thunderstrom.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
Yes. She likes Consolation.
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
She is sensitive to all Smell,Noise,Light.
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
No.
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
She Likes our daughter a lot.she feels that I wont give freedom like in dressing moving with friends and I am not responsible towards family.
11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
She mainly fears about settling in life(Good Job).She dreams to get a good position in life(Monetary matters) and she dreams about our daughters well being.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversion?
Cravings—Coffee,Biryani,NonVeg Deep Fries(Less Spicy),sweets,Ice creams,Chocalates.
Aversion—Papaya.
13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Less.
14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal.
15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Spicy food.
16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Sweat More. The area between Nose and Upper Lip and Back-More Sweat. Under Arms-Normal.
17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Bowel Moment,Stool Type are Normal .
18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Sleep Posture---Position Covering Eyes with Elbow of Hand.
Good sleep.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
Yes. But she has Frigidity.
20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
Yes she thinks. She thinks unlike all other women she can do a work by herself.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I gave Merc Sol 1M.Syphyllinum 1M, Nitric acid to her. No symptom.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
No Hereditary diseases.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance
She is 5 ft 8 in. She used to be slim before marriage. But after she has a baby she is now medium not slim not stout.

If you are not having normal menstrual cycles, please answer the following questions:

- Are the periods early, regular or late in general? How long do they last?
Periods used to be normal, But now they are 4-5 early. They last for 4 days.
- Do you suffer from any kind of physical or mental discomfort before, during or after the periods?
Before Menses-Backache.
During Menses-Back Pain and Leg Pains.
After-No pains.
Mentally she Feels Discomfort like not in a mood to do any kind of work.
- Is the flow scanty, normal or excessive?
Normal.

- Is the blood thick bright red or pale watery?
Red but Little bit Watery discharge.

- Do you notice any clots in the flow?
Some Pieces are there in the flow.No clots
