11yr old son, cycle of vomiting,periumbilical pain

I have been working with an iridologist for quite some time strenthening my sons immune system. Two years ago he had a cold non-stop which we seemed to have fixed. Then we moved into a phase of cycles which range from several months in-between to now approximately every 2 weeks. Starts out he looks tired, appears pale, darker circles under his eyes. Progresses to dull headache between eyebrows, periumbilical pressure and then vomiting begins. He will vomit on/off for several hours and then finally fall asleep. Usually upon waking the episode is over and he is back to himself. It is like a switch going on/off and when the purge is over, it is over until the next time. I unfortunately have not kept track of symptoms/remedies but do know we have used Nux Vomica on and off in the past and had some good success with it. He currently is on some Ferrum Homaccord as he has been showing iron deficiency for several months. I am at my wits end. Any suggestions?

What information can I provide to give you more insight?

please give him three doses of ipecac 30c at a gap of 4 hours

day 4 to day 10
please give him one tablet each of the following cell salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
Natrum Sulph 6x
Kali Mur 6x
Kali Phos 6x

Please report after 10 days.

Thankyou for your reply. I have a question, can I use the Schuessler (12 in 1) salts 6x in place for the 3 individual or do you not recommend this?

These three salts are indicated in this case, so giving these three salts will be more effective. Otherwise Schuessler (12 in 1) salts 6x is also good.

I live in a small town and haven't been able to find the individual salts quite yet, but soon. In the meantime I thought I had the Schuessler in a 6x but it is a 12x, is this ok or do you recommend waiting until I pick up 6x in specific?

I also wanted to mention, he is currently on Ferrum Homaccord 15 drops/twice daily and Heel calcium carbonicum injeel ampules, 1 dose Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. This was as per irodologist recommendation.

I thought I had the Schuessler in a 6x but it is a 12x, is this ok.
It is ok.

i am not in a position to comment on this. i would suggest not to give any tissue salts on the day you give him these drops and ampules.

He is only to be on the drops and ampules for a couple more weeks as he was depeleted in iron and does not consume dairy products and going through some large growth spurts.

He was muscle tested for both and very strong.

Do you have hesitation for these remedies?

Do the tissue salts contradict these other remedies?

See drops and ampules are working at nutritional plane and cell salts will also work at the same plane. So why to have so much nutrition at the same time.

Still working on the cycle but had a question regarding Nux Vomica. Is it similar to Ipecac, and when is one more called for than the other? Thanks!

The principal feature of Ipecacuanha is its PERSISTENT NAUSEA and vomiting, which form the chief guiding symptoms. Indicated after indigestible food, raisins, cakes, etc. Especially indicated in fat children and adults, who are feeble and catch cold in relaxing atmosphere; warm, moist weather. Spasmodic affections.

No real change in cycle, perhaps a slightly longer interval. MD ran several tests and diagnosed him with acid reflux and hiatal hernia. I believe this in not the cause but the result of the vomiting bouts. Had a episode yesterday, started with very pale face, dark circles the day before. Woke up in the morning looking worse and began vomiting around 11 a.m. for about 5 hours. Would have a bout of vomiting where stomach contents would empty and dry heaving, wretching continued for perhaps around 1 minute. These bouts repeated about every 45 minutes. Eventually he stopped vomiting and fell asleep. Woke up and felt much better, Episode ended. Currently taking Scheussler 12x1 salts.

How do you decide between 6x, 12x or 30x remedy?

When I knew a bout was coming I gave him some Nux 30x but realized I think my previous dosage was a 6x. Is one more effective for stopping an episode such as this?

If 6x worked, 30x should also work. The best potency to start with is 30c. Give 30c time to work and if it works partially, you may move to 200c potency. If it fails to work you should go to Ipecac 30c.
