Can a man with low sperm count but having good motality and morphology be fertile ?

So is the opinion of allopaths too,but they say (I assume it right)that the penitration should be at right and exact time.
Can you guide me dr,what the right time to plough??I mean on which day after menses it will be fruitful??

normally after menses 11 day to 20 are supposed to be the best time to fertile.

Not to worry. Keep the menstrual record for 3 months (3 cycles). During the fourth cycle mate during the mid cycle days + or - for 3 days. Good penetration is not necessary. Good lick
