hello everyone
my mother 48 yrs old height 4.11 weight 80 kgs is suffering with osteoarthritis recently her legs started deforming . she doesnt have thyroid. her weight has always been a big problem she do workout but its not helping. right now the problem is sever pains in her knees and ankle cant stand for long. for her b.p a homeopath gave her rauvolfia serpentina, and for arthritis rheumacin drops and calcarea fluor 200. for pain he tried rhus tox 200,byonia 30, radium brom 200 but nothing is helping her she cries due to pains and its increasing day by day. she doesnt eat much no rice no fatty food but still not able to loose weight. her ESR is also high 42 some times in evening she get mild fever 99 -100 degree . alopathic medicines only aggrevate her problems. she is a quite lady never hyper on things fun loveing sweet person .. please help her she is in too much pain |

Please give her three doses of Calcarea Carb 200c at a gap of 4 hours
day 2 to day 7
please give her 4 tablets of silicea 6x thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours

i gave medicines as by your instructions but there is no improvement her pains have increased. yesterday she had to take a painkiller not even able to sleep due to pains please advice | | |

Please give magnesia phos 6x instead of silicea 6x. 4 tablets thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for few days and see if it helps. | | |

Well medussa,
I think you have given the most of the remedies already, now try this,
calc flour 30 (liquid 4 drops three times a day)
Arnica 30 (liquid 4 drops three times a day), see if there is any improvement, report after a day.

And seeing the pain and the raised ESR, are you sure of the diagnosis as OA and there is no Rheumatic factor in it?
please qualify the pain character more..
