Is it possible to cure VARICOCELE completely ?
Dear Sir,I m 32yrs old Single male from gujarat state of India. I found some swelling just near to my left testicle and Veins are thicker so I had spoke to my friend who is MD(Gynecologist), He adviced me to go for Color Doppler Study for better knowledge and we found Varicoele grade-1.
The Report are as follows,
Scrotal Doppler :
B-Mode :
Both Testes are normal in size and echotexture
No evidence of any focal lesion is seen.
Both epididymis are normal and echotexture.
No fluid collection noted in tunica vaginalis sac on either side.
Mild DILATATION of PAMPINFORM VENOUS PLEXUS on Left side
Color Doppler Study :
C.F.M. & P.W. shows normal vascularity in both testis and epididymis.
Mild Dilatation of pampiniform venous plexus is seen on left side.
RESTING WITH VALSALVA
RIGHT 15 mm. 16 mm.
LEFT 20 mm. 25 mm.
No evidence of reflux on Valsalva.
From the above report the doctor suggest me to go for Seminal Examinations and the reports are normal and the total no of SPERMATOZOA : 110.0million/c.c
But sperm volume is 1.7ml only.
From the day I found the temperature of my tubbler area is high and whenever I do masturbation the voume is sperm is coming our is very less and I m also feel the the Erection is also not getting well as it was in past days.
So I m here to get the better solution for my problem and I wish to recover my self completely as I m going to marry in 3mths.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
- Varicocele Garde 1 is the main issue.
My skin getting darker and some black spots are there below my eyes and also loosing my Hairs, having very Light hairs on head now a days.
before 7yrs I was fall in Johndise, and after that I become a patient of Constipation, I have to take HARDE TABLET everyday, If I forget to take Stool is not passing.

And from very beginning its take too much time to get discharge, and sometime I get bore or lost erection, but if while intercrossing if my partner is on up and I m on down it takes normal time to get discharged and pleasure is there.

Please take nux vomica 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 3 days
for next three days no remedy
After that take Sulphur 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 3 days
Please report after 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

I understand you suggestion as follows if there is any correction than say
have to take NUX VOMICA 30C on Mon-Tue-Wed at thrice a day at a gap of 4hurs for 3 days.
and will have to take SULPHUR 30C thrice a day at gap of 4hrs for 3days. But on which days either on Mon-Tue-Wed or have to take on Thu-Fri-Sat ?
I understand is that i have to take all medicine on mon-tue -wed

Though the I feeling that the Temperature which was high but now it is less high now a days.
