Dark Spots

Now for many years I have big very dark spots on my elbows, bottom of my knees and scaly skin on part of my legs. I also have few very small light color small spots all over. As per my doctor, I have pigmentation problem due to my age. I am in my 60's. Pl. advise what Homeopathic med can I take?
