Dr. Sameer please help guide me in the right direction

I am 18months post pardum via c-section and was rh- so I recieved many rounds of antibiotics then had fistulectomy almost year ago where had two rounds of antibiotics for infections. Have been on another dose of antibiotics in Jan 09 due to sinus infection. Now since Jan I have been struggling with a yeast infection. I started taking Diflucan and nothing worked. Then the creams. Soon I was fighting off bacterial infection then I had a UTI. I have been to my gyno and all he does is write presriptions and I need a cure. My sex life is terrible b/c it hurts. I have tried acidophilus and nothing seems to be helping. I even started taking garlic. Can you please suggest something to help with this that will make it stop. I have been on the cream for almost 2 weeks and now I am red and burning. Not the same as with the yeast. I am so confused. My head is spinning. I am on birth control and have been for many years. Can you please help. Oh and I have these little red bumps that itch that seem to be popping up on my hands. They are there for a few days then disappear. Asked my gp about it and he said it was contact dermatitis. Who knows. I will try and fill this other thing out for you.

*For women, where you are on your monthly cycle.=I just had my period last week.
