need your help!!!!

im 16 year old girl.i'm having public speaking fear. i'll get totally nervous .my body will shiver,my lips will tremble n i start stammering.it will be same when i face camera or functions.this has lead to depression.what shall i do?????please help......

day 1
please take three doses of gelsemium 30c at a gap of 4 hours

day 2 to day 15
please take the following Bach Flower Remedies thrice a day
Mimulus
Cherry Plum
Chestnut Bud

Please report after 15 days.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Bach Flower Remedies are generally available at homeo stores.

i dint get those bach flower.is there any alternetive medicine that is easily available.....or can i continue with gels 30 till day 15????

It is better not to repeat gels daily. Flower Remedies work very effectively under such conditions. You keep on your search. In the meantime you may take the ayurvedic medicines like
medha vati (product of Swami Ramdev's Divya Pharmacy)
brahmi vati(generic ayurvedic medicine)

Please take 2 tablets each of any of the above medicines from day 2 to day 15 in the morning and evening.

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning.
