Memory Problems

I am male 33 yrs, Unmarried, residing at Chennai, India. I suffer by forgetfullness, weak memory. I forget often Things To Do, people names & faces, dates, especially i forget what i read in books.
In fact, i had very good memory powers before few (approx 5) years. Just before 6 years, i was working in continous night shifts (hotel receptionist) for more than 5 years (did night shifts during 1997 to 2003). 10 years back i had amazing memory & numerical ability to do most calculations by mind. But now i use calcy/computer for even 1+1.
