Hi All,I would like all readers and professionals to share your experience and knowledge with symptoms of Diabetes. I have met some ppl who have had several symptoms which normally not found online search. Some symptoms I mentioned in my previous post that reduced appetite, nausea, colorless urine, headache, but some ppl I met who did not know that they were diabetic but they also had feeling like fever, chills, cold, etc. Some times blood sugar test also gives false results. Sometimes ppl have to go several fasting blood sugar tests before they were confirmed. Reason I am asking to share experience and knowledge bcuz this silent disease can cause unlimited problems.

Your post is very good but diabetes is very vast subject to discuss. There are so many divisions in diabetes and the presentations are very different.
Prediabetes(impaired glucose tolerance and impaired fasting glucose)
Diabetes(type1 and type11)
complications of diabetes.
most of the patients before starting diabetes they fall in the prediabetes stage, but it is usually missed out because of the negligence of the patient and the doctor as well. your question of 'patients having many blood sugar tests done' will fall in the pre-daibetes stage.
Diabetes stage: it has full blone blood sugar raise and urine sugar (occationally), but the symptoms varies accordingly. so the stage of complications it may fall in any organ, starting form the eyes to the nerves, skin, heart, brain, kidney, liver etc. but the most affected organ with the complications are kidney, eyes and the nerves. so we further classify the complications as acute and chronic.
Acute complications ranges form ketotic coma, and ketoacidosis, and even non-ketotic complications. chronic complications ranges form diabetic nephropahty(kidney), nueropathy(nerves) and retinopathy(eyes).
