swine flu??!!

As we NEVER get flu in July I am wondering if we have/have had swine flu. My husband and I had a severe bout with very achey muscles, headaches and copious mucus esp in the lungs coughing up. We had that 2 weeks ago and now feel very tired and depressed.
My son 10 has just had vomiting and diarohhea for 1 day and now has a cough which he says hurts a bit. Any suggestions as to what remedies I can give him.
I had ars alb and aconite but he had aconite 10m over the telephone from his homeopath about 2 months ago

Just a quick note. Ds is still coughing and is due to have his last Ars Alb this eve. His appetite is not as good as usual but he is eating (craving junk food again!) possible for energy.
He says his head hurts when he moves it its like lightening!?? I think the flu is on the way albeit slowly..

3. kali mur 6x

6. pulsatilla 30c
7. phosphorus 30c

I will obtain these remedies.

Son says his chest hurts and still coughing.

Husband vomit yesterday and stayed in bed all day (lucky him!)

I still ache all over and have much mucus. Mucus is choking son an d I in morning and evening.

Sorry I have combination Ferr, Kali and Cal Phos tissue salts or will I need to get Ferr and Kali phos only?

Please follow the schedule given below if the schedule given earlier today is not started. If it has been started the schedule given below should start from the next day. There is no need to take any tissue salt for the time being.

Ok thanks we have these remedies and have started taking them. My Mum (78) just had a fall last night so I need to go and see her. she hit her head, broke her glassies and cut her nose. She is on warfarin and other meds so cannot take arnica :-(

1. If the injury is very painful without any swelling
staphysagria 30c

2. If the injury is painful with swelling
Ledum Pal 30c

3. If she is shocked
aconite 30c

also the bach flower remedy Rescue Remedy may be given rather should be given

4. if she feels that stiffness and pain increases after rest or at night
rhus tox 30c

Fantastic! Thank you, I have some of these remedies and will take them to her now.

I will find out which one she needs more and give her that. I gave her Bach rescue remedy today but was out all day yesterday when it happened.
