Severe Toothache

My mother age 60 has severe toothache from past 3 days.

Pain becomes more severe at night.
She had root canal done 2 month back.There was lot of pus in the gum as told by the doctor.Now right next that there is a tooth which is creating problem for her.pain is so severe that it reaches to her brain.
But she desnt feel any pain while eating.
Is there a medicine to cure this pus formation and pain.

please give her daily three doses of mercurius sol 30c at a gap of 4 hours for 3 days and report back.
Please follow homeopathic restrictions and please don't take homoepathic remedy silicea either at the same time or immediately after taking merc.
