Pregnant - Genital warts symptoms - please advise me

Hi, I'm 5 months pregnant and have been under homeopathhic treatment for the last 3 months. I originally went with really bad cronic trush and unfortunately it has become a part of treating me constitutional. During this treatment Medorrihum was called for as I suffered from Genital warts over 12 years ago but were suppressed. Under the treatment of medorrihum i have now got the symptoms back again of the warts. I am still under treatment at present but a question i had which my homeopath couldnt answer was that my partner and I have had sex just before i noticed the warts and I was worried that he may have contracted them even though has no symptons at all. My homeopath has believed that he wouldnt as the warts are just the symptoms coming back through the healing stages and not the actual disease itself therefore i couldnt pass this on. Can you confirn this for me as obviously worried for my partner. Thank You
