Hello Dr Nielmy problem is i feel burning and gastric in my stomach symptoms aggravates when i use tea coffee and oil and spicy foods please guide accordingly

You need to present more about yourself to get at a similimum. Just look at some of the other posts and look for the kind of info being looked for.
If you are mild, gentle and yielding type, it could be Pulsatilla. However, given info is not enough.

its perfectly safe ..we want something that cures right ? not just asking questions ..we use this method and it works best for all .ive studied homeopathy for 9 years and practising for 10 years now .im a post graduate QUALIFIED DOCTOR ..so u need not worry!!this is a new and better method of healing faster ..if u want to wait for 20 years to get well u can try single ...lol

see forget that antidotal stuff okay
calcaria and bryonia are inimical right but we use both of them nothing happens
apis and rhustox is inimical we use both nothing happens
even reckweg has a combination with both apis and rhus in the same formula
we need to thing beyond this old fashioned stuff okay...
in my practice there are no restrictions ...everything fast ..most of my patients drink coffee so nothing happens ..i have given medicine in mouth full of chewing tobacco still it works ...don't worry ..nothing happens

in his book the GROUP REMEDY PRESCRIBER DR Powell has advocated use of combination
let us remember lables and ideas matter little in healing its the resulst that counts ..infact ive seen doctors who advocate single practice poly or combinations because now a days patients will not wait like they did during kents time for a years etc etc

What I wanted to say exactly is what Dr. Lokesh Kumar has said. I fully agree. This was what I was trying to say.
Of course, I wish to say / write much much more but only if it is useful.
Actually people like me are patients and sufferers. If some group/pathy/science claims of something we will immediately try to 'try' that out. Generally we would be sincere in following the rules of that method/pathy. But thereafter it is the problem of that group/pathy/science to bring results of accept flaws.
I have seen several homeopathic doctors convey this after a long treatment and when the patient is not relieved and keeps begging for relief:
'Kindly consult some other prescriber...if you want faster result'.
The doctors saying so probably feel that this was the shortest and reasonable way of giving their message and that they have neither stopped the treatment nor said any unkind words, etc. to the patient.
But I feel that there can be a still better way of conveying whatever message they want to give.
When they have said so, the patient generally feels he/she may have hurt the doctor's feelings or may have begged too frequently for a relief and the patient keeps apologizing. The patient may also feel disappointed internally (without expressing it) and may actually want to leave the doctor. But still he/she keeps hope and continues because he/she is still suffering and there is no way to go.
Are we now going to say to such person that since there was no other way to go the person should now understand this anyway continue or just skip?
Why such expressions are not used - 'Just keep a little patience and you will be alright...but you will have to bear a little till then...' or...similar reassuring expressions....?
Are the homeopathic doctors not sure at all? Is it that due to uncertainty or something similar, the above expressions don't actually apply, so they don't use it?
They will generally curtly say after a dose...'Wait...keep waiting...wait 'N' days'. This would all be fine provided the patient was not suffering for months (and the patient is many times not having terminal illness).
I do not know why the homeopathic doctors use the expression....'....Now we will never know the effect of this dose...'. This is said as if '...now nothing can be done, this is irreparable and you world would collapse...'
I have written too much. But let me add in the end that I have highly believed in the philosopthy and science of homeopathy and therefore used it for years. I respect homeopathy very much.
But I have highlighted some of the complaints.
