hi, im 21 and have written on this board a few times. although i get menstrual acne and other acne i need your help.

what should i take to control my sebum? would primrose oil help?

and what would help control my hormones?

i have very sensitive skin and and wash my wash with cetaphil and sometimes clearacil. im produsing alot of oil on my face. esecially on my nose i have heaps of black heads and white heads. its grose...it doesn't look normal. i scub my nose and it looks better but then in a couple of days its back to zero....how do i control this oil production.

im thinking about seeing a naturopath.

im currently taking kali brom which i ahve been on for 2 months and dont see much difference. and vitamin b5 and vitamin A.

Help me your my only hope!
