Swelling of Right Testis

Two weeks ago, I had a high fever. A week ago, I discovered that my right testis swell. There is pain from the right testis to the right side of the body and the right back. Since then, I've taken anti-pain (Serratiopeptidase), anti-swelling medicines (Diclofenac SOD, Famotidin) and antibiotic (Ciprofloxacin) for a week already.

Towards the end of the course of the medicine, the pain is minimal. My right testis itch and the pain comes during the day. At night, the pain is minimal as I am lying down. The pain starts when urine is contained in the bladder just before I get up in the early morning. Today, the size of the right testis is as big as a golf ball.

Some questions to ask, 'What medicine should I take to bring the testis to its normal size?' 'Does the fluid need to be drained off, so that the testis can return to its normal size?' 'Does it need to be operated?'

Hope to hear some responses.

What does rhododenderon 30 do for my right testis? Does it bring it to normal size? What about taking PULSATILLA 30C four hourly to reduce inflammation as the right testis sometimes itch and has pain - the skin shows reddish colour?
