low blood pressure

Please doctor, my mother has low blood pressure,she is about 40 year of age how can her blood pressure become moderate.she always felt pain and general weakness all over her body,please reply.

A few months ago her blood pressure has been rising and later it become molderate ,just few weeks ago she went for medical checkup and bloodpressure had drop drastically.she did't smoke.but she works alot at her farm.
