Due to the hole in ear the problem is throughout the year. If the ear gets moisture, the problem aggrevates.

Please give her 4 tablets of bio-chemic medicine natrum sulph 6x four times a day at a gap of 4 hours for 15 days.
Please report after 15 days. Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
