Hello,
I am 52 and starting Menopause, that means my period is coming every 3 weeks. It last about 4 to 5 days and is normal. At the end I get headaches now, which I never had and they feel like a cap is on my head, extending from the base of the scull. Before the period I have a dull ache in my stomach for days and I am constipated. Feel angry and irritated all the time and this lasts about a week, also have this bloated feeling in my abdomen. Can somebody suggest a remedy for me please. If you need more information let me know.
Thanks

Please take three doses of sepia 30c at a gap of 4 hours on a single day. Please note that the doses should not be taken daily but just on a single day.
Please report after 7 days. Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, not to eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine. | | |

Thanks,
but I think that Sepia is not right for me, I read the description and it does not seem to fit me. Lachesis is more likely to come close to what I experience. I self prescribe for years, maybe anybody else has an opinion.
