You asked very good questions. In my view the answers to your questions are as follows. Those who have different views will give different answers. i hope that you will explore answers to your questions on the basis of your own experience in clinical practice.

to start .mode of treatment.in how many steps we can treat the case
Ideally we should treat case in single dose. But this rarely happens.

my senior told me that, after case taking.first treat the case with short acting drug which give amelioration the symptoms from which the patient suffering,[like ,severe joint pains,or in sinusitis we should treat cold fever with short acting remedy then only patient get relief then he develops confidence on doctor, next visit the patient comes surely ].in second visit we must start constitution treatment , at last we must give miasmatic drug .is this procedure true?.
This is a shop trick. If we are able to get at his constitutional remedy in the very first attempt we should start with that remedy. But again this rarely happens so the approach suggested by your senior is correct.

how to get mental symptoms from patient.without mental symptoms can we treat the patient basing on physical generals and particular symptoms with modalities according to the kent repertory?
This is where the professional experience has a role to play. Those who are experienced can read patient's mind. Others ask junk questions and get junk replies.

?[in my college my sir treat the patient basing on only physical generals and particular symptoms, with modalities]
If we are at loss to know about his real mental symptoms we have to base our treatment on only physical generals and particular symptoms, with modalities.

can we give .is tissue salts salts with homeopathic remedies?[in my college my sir gives tissue salts with homeopathic drugs]is tissue salts interfears with homeopathic drug action
Yes. Tissue salts can be given as a part of treatment plan. They are considered as nutritional supplements.
