Please help-ovarian cysts and stomach

Hi, I am a 21yr, female college student. Following is a description of my case.

The first onset of symptoms started almost 1 month ago. Symptoms started with severe abdominal cramps (2 weeks prior to the beginning of my period). I wasn’t able to do anything because the pain was so severe bedsides curl into a ball and clutch my lower abdomen. The severe cramping lasted for about 2 hrs and decreased gradually. By 4 hrs later, the pain was gone, although I could feel a great amount of tension in the same place as the pain was. This lasted a couple days, and felt as if I were intentionally tightening my abdominal muscles, even though I wasn’t and was trying my best to relax.
1 week after this pain, I was diagnosed, by using ultrasound, with ovarian cysts. I have multiple cysts in the left ovary (they did not note what type of cyst), and follicular cysts in the right ovary.
I feel pain more often in my lower left abdomen than on the right side. I am pretty sure this pain is due to the cysts. I am an avid coffee drinker, too much I know. Coffee seemed to worsen this ovarian pain on my left side, so I have stopped and have not had coffee in 3 weeks. The doc. said there didn’t seem to be any fluid in either ovary (so none of the cysts have ruptured).

2 weeks after these symptoms began, my period started, I had what I would call a normal menstrual flow. During the first day I had severe abdominal cramps with my lower back hurting badly as well. After this first day my other symptoms of lower abdominal pain continued.

Here is where I am at currently. It has been a couple of days after my period, and almost 1 month total since the very first symptoms began.
Currently all across my lower abdomen has a feeling of uneasiness which I will try to describe. It feels similar to a nervous feeling as if I was just scared, or as if I just drove down a hill really fast, and my lower abdomen has an uneasiness feeling because of it.
This symptom is nearly constant. At the beginning of all of this the ovarian pain occurred most often, but now that pain only occurs when the feeling of uneasiness across my whole lower abdomen is not present. Acidic fluids helps this feeling.

I am currently wondering if I may have endometriosis due to some of my symptoms.

General information about myself:
Food: Vegetarian

Personality type: I always plan well, and am very organized in everything I do. I put work before fun. Think too much, and always think everything thing through. I get stressed because of my school because I am worried I will not do well even though I have a 4.0. Worry a lot, although I tend to look on the bright side of situations. Don’t like people who are negative and stressed. I am an animal lover! I thrive when I am active, get bored when I have nothing to do. My way of distressing is to work out in the gym, and I love workouts.

Health: I am a retired gymnast. Tend to get sick a lot, and it seems like when Im not sick with one thing I am sick with another. Tend to get sick when I am stressed (which is often because of school). Had mononucleosis my freshman year of college. I am allergic to every type of pollen under the sun, weeds, dust, and cat dander. Experience allergy symptoms more in the Spring. Since my menstrual cycle first started, right before my period starts I tend to get a sinus infection and/or sore throat (although I haven’t had this most recently).

My naturopath has prescribed me iodine treatment and magnesium. I started this 4days ago. I would like to see if homeopathy can help me further.

Thank you for any replies!!
Best regards,

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Sorry, I forgot to include a few things.

Since this started I have been having much flatulence, which is very difficult to pass. It feels as if it is too high in the GI tract to be passed. When I haven't eaten yet in the day is the only time which my body is able to pass this. Although, it feels as if my body is never totally rid of it, as this symptom has continued since the beginning of this.
It also causes a good amount of abdominal discomfort when I am unable to pass it.

I will admit this is an embarrassing symptom, but since this has been present throught out all my symptoms, I see that it could be an important symptom.
