since how long you are having pain.
whether it is a continuous pain or intermittent pain.
when is the pain worse - while making movements or while taking rest
whether it started after any injury, fever etc.
describe your pain ie whether it radiates from shoulder to right hand etc.
any other problems that you have.

Well it almost an year, we took MRI for Shoulder and Neck and few xrays. Doctor said i have inflamation( pinched nerve) in my shoulder with a artharitis spot( 1 st stage).
I was taking antiinflamatory pills, with Omega3 and Glucosimine. Pain is severe but come and goes and not continous. i am not able to lift heavy weight not even 2 pounds, otherwise it gives sharp and shooting pain. Also i took therepy and chiropractic sessions for my neck shoulder which gave a temp relief.

take hypericum 30 3 doses at a gap of 4 hrs on a single day. no more doses. report after 7 days. follow homeo restrictions like not eating or drinking anything 30 minutes before or after taking medicine, no raw garlic/onion, no coffee, no strong perfumes.
