Diluting Remedies

Does the dilution of a drop of a remedy, without succussion or shaking, increase or decrease the remedy's potency?

Nat Mur 6C is too strong for me; how do I make it a lower potency please?

Hi Bamilton

For making a potency there are 2 basic components. Dilution and then followed by succussion. If you dilute a drop of a remedy it's a mere dilution and it won't have desired potency change.

If you think nat. mur 6c is strong, you may consider 6x(you can't make 6x from 6c so purchase it as their scales are different). But another important point is see if the remedy is right.

But you can also try to make nat mur 6c gentle by dissolving 4 pills or drops in a three-fourths filled 500 ml water bottle. From this water bottle take a dose(4/5 drops) but what is absolutely essential is just before every subsequent dose, you need to shake the bottle up and down with vigour for 7 times.
